Another benefit is that for a larger home you can have more than one combi boiler to heat separate locations.

Heat Only Boilers – Heat Only Boilers only provide heating for radiators and they require a separate storage tank for water. Although they take up more space they are more efficient for larger properties. You will need a large and well insulated cylinder to get the most out of a Heat Only Boiler.

Floor Standing Boilers – Also known as floor standing condensing boilers. These are the most efficient boiler on the market converting 88% of the fuel into energy. These are available as both convention boilers and combi boilers.
